Almond, blueberry, ethereal herbal savoury aromas like thyme and savory. Finely extracted tannins, velvety yet also fresh and with tension, oak barrel supported roundness, rather subtle acidity, good length with berry and cherry fruit flavours. It is a juicy, elegant Burgundian with local Keuper-like character.
