The white wine »Alte Reben« Dorndorf Rappental Silvaner trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Klaus Böhme has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points.
On the still comparatively closed nose, one finds nutty tones, aromas of white flowers and sesame, as well as a slightly yeasty note. The palate reveals a dense, full-bodied wine that combines supple layers, acidity and mineral undertones. A full-bodied yet light-hearted Silvaner.
