Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Pale golden yellow colour. An aroma of lemon zest, meadow herbs, rock flour, grapefruit and pineapple. On the palate, with fine extract as well as grippy, animating acidity. Lots of power and tension in a relatively slender body. Great flow. Compliments.
