Yellow-fruity and tropical on the nose, with kitchen herbs, wormwood, white balsamic vinegar, cereal-scented notes, hints of coffee with milk, liquorice and mineral tones with air. Beautifully structured on the palate, focussed, with savoury, ethereal phenolic notes that lead to a long finish.
