A yellow-green colour. Ripe yellow fruit, peach and mango, subtle meadow herbs, fine blossom honey, a multi-faceted bouquet. Full-bodied, tightly woven, a wonderful extract and sweetness, with a dark minerality, a racy and fresh acidity, with salty-lemony nuances on the finish, a very long finish, great ageing potential.
