Tasting Notes
Medium green-yellow in colour. Fine yellow apple fruit with mineral undertones, a hint of meadow herbs and tobacco notes - a multi-faceted bouquet. The palate is full-bodied and tightly meshed, a complex style with some delicately spiced yellow fruit. The fine acidity provides the backbone to this firm food companion, which feels a little tight still at this stage. Certain ageing potential.
