Tasting from 17.02.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Fragrant and complex on the nose with ethereal herbs, pinimenthol, juniper, sage and blueberry. The palate brings a creamy attack supported by grainy but mellow tannins. There's a juiciness despite the power, holding together well in its robust structure and is extremely multi-layered in its aromas.
