A rich golden yellow colour with reddish tinge. Menthol, apricots and warm pine nuts on the nose with an impressive and very clear spiciness. Firm, concentrated palate, with mature but powerfully dosed phenols, robust acidity, a layer of texture behind the substantial extract, a powerful, distinctive wine that is far from having reached the end of its life.
