The white wine »R« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2013 from the winery Weingut Kühling-Gillot has been rated in 2014 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Clearly woody on the nose. Nervous on the palate, sinewy, good extract, quite bundled, slight compression of acidity on the finish. Still very young, and unquestionably made with understanding. Time will tell whether terroir will also show.
