Piquant, spicy aroma, candied lime peel, tangerine zest, sweet mint and lemon balm, fine minerality, hot stone. On the palate a fine, lively acidity, ripe fruit, subtle phenolics, lots of texture, balanced, sweet orange, pineapple, savouriness, long with certain ageing potential.
