The white wine »Mineral« Weisser Burgunder trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Künstler has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
On the nose, inviting aromas of yellow peach, nectarine, ripe apple, pear, and floral notes redolent of chamomile blossom and lilac. The palate is full-bodied, textural and powerful, with dense extract, juicy ripe fruit, and fine spice, as well as fine phenolics, tightly woven ripe acidity and beautiful length. A versatile food wine.
