Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Fine herbal savouriness on the nose with a hint of orange zest, fresh yellow fruit and delicate hints of cassis: a very multi-faceted, inviting bouquet. Taut and piquant palate with very fine texture, finesse-rich acidity and a mineral-lemon finish. Salty and long-lasting, it is already well matured. A taut food companion, it is seductive and has definite ageing potential.
