Tasting Notes
Melon, mirabelle plum, yellow stone fruit, light herbal notes and wet stones. Very lean, almost sparse on the palate, with restrained fruit and plenty of pressure as well as great inner tension. Enormous length thanks to the vibrant acidity, giving the Pinot Blanc enormous freshness and drinkability.
