Elegant and inviting aromas of white peach and apricot, a slate-like savouriness and a hint of nutmeg. Lively on the palate with fresh acidity, a slender, filigree structure, elegantly woven with a fine texture, a mineral savouriness and hints of grapefruit on the citrusy finish.
