Dark ruby with purple reflections and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose an inviting bouquet of fine oak, black wild berry confit, delicate liquorice, and a touch of candied orange zest. The juicy palate is powerful with pronounced supporting tannins, pleasant ripe plum fruit, chocolate notes and very good length. Certain ageing potential.
