Deep ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim brightening. Delicate oak nuances, ripe cherry fruit, blackberry, some nougat, candied orange zest. Complex, juicy, delicate hints of plum, ripe tannins, mineral, good persistence, a multi-faceted food companion.
