Already quite a deep golden colour. Compote of apples, rhubarb, almost something vin naturel in expression, no banal oxidation. Silky and round on the palate, with a slowly increasing acidity that gives length while remaining fine and refined, punchy background, piquant mineral foundation, powerful extract, aromatically a little defensive, but already exciting in its simultaneously texture and densely structured nature.
