Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Bright coral pink, sweet cherry on the nose, strawberry. On the palate it shows with pronounced sweet fruit, full body and rather restrained acidity. Medium concentration and length, a hint of phenolics, a solidly built rosé with expression and harmony.
