Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Barrel sample. Cream-coloured / light pastel, pink reflections. Quite an open nose with notes of ice candy and ripe to overripe wild strawberries. Well balanced in the mouth in a medium format, lively acidity, balancing sweetness, good extract for the vintage, a hint of carbonic acid gives freshness. Compact finish.
