Tasting Notes
Disgorged 11/2024. Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine mousse. Subtle, inviting aromas of yellow tropical fruit, floral nuances, a mineral touch, hints of papaya, mango and lime zest. Medium-bodied, elegant and juicy, notes of white pome fruit, finesse-rich acidity, mineral nuances and a persistent finish. A light-footed and well-balanced style.
