Tasting Notes
It has a medium golden yellow colour, with silver reflections. There are delicate herbal and spicy aromas, fine nuances of yellow fruit, a hint of blossom honey and lime blossom, as well as some fresh apricot and yellow greengage. On the palate it is juicy, with a silky texture, lovely extract sweetness, and some minerality on the finish. It has good length, and is already accessible, with a salty aftertaste.
