Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Smells intense and typical of the grape variety with cassis and passion fruit, gooseberry, bell pepper, floral notes, cut grass. Filigree structure on the palate, shows an almost Riesling-like freshness that harmonises with the noticeably ripe fruit, fine spiciness.
