Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Herbs, apple and apple skin on the nose, probably spontaneous fermentation, some nettle, also yellow fruit, peach. The pronounced acidity on the palate makes the wine appear drier than it is. The sweetness is supported by ripe peach and apricot, also citric tones. Lean and straightforward with great drinking animation.
