Tasting Notes
Very fresh and at the same time multi-layered nose: heart cherry, cherry pit, raspberry, discreet floral and herbal savoury notes, on the palate a lot of delicacy, but also firmly build with tight tannins, lively acidity and an overall still closed aromatics. Powerful, textured and mineral. Compact, good ageing potential.
