Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. White stone fruit, underlaid by meadow herbs, quince, lime zest, mint and some passion fruit – a multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, tightly meshed and multi-layered, there is vineyard peach on the finish. The wine is salty-mineral, has lots of drive, is persistent and has pineapple on the finish. A really great wine with development and definite ageing potential, it is already a pleasure to enjoy now.
