Tasting from 31.05.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Lots of ripe fruit on the nose with aromas of apricot, honeydew melon, dried mango slices, yellow flowers, and some mint. The mouthfeel is soft, with a noticeable residual sweetness that provides both smoothness and harmony to the palate, which is sturdy with integrated acidity, well-structured and finely spiced with the sweetness reappearing on the finish.
