Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, silver glints. Still rather restrained with delicate yellow tropical fruit notes, fine minerality, and soft resonating hints of quince. Juicy, elegant, lovely pineapple fruit, filigree structure, with good expression of fruit and persistence. Displaying gentle salty nuances on the finish. Very promising future.
