Tasting Notes
Plum in several states of ripeness, white chocolate and nut nougat cream. But then also blueberry and fir conifer. Less massive on the palate than the nose would lead one to expect, fine-grained, fresh tannins in high but not excessive amounts, sweet, fresh palate fruit, well-integrated acidity, plenty of juiciness and fruit on the finish.
More about the tastingRich cherry red, on the nose wood, smoke, cherry, some topping, on the palate clove, cinnamon, plum, Christmas cookies, very ripe, medium tannin, good structure, medium length. Lush style, well suited to food.
