Tasting Notes
Deep yellow hue in appearance. Freshly roasted coffee beans on the nose with the composition of walnuts, melons and banana skin. On the palate, a powerful and confident onset with ripe acidity, emphatically dry with the woody tannins still a bit raucous and grippy. A fine salty finish which shows ambition and a good potential for further maturation.
