A ripe, but still full of juice aroma: peach and mirabelle plum, lemon balm and purslane, and also clearly mineral-spicy undertones. The palate starts with suppleness and light sweetness, develops a powerful, full-bodied mid-palate that is also balanced by substance, the acidity is ripe and seamlessly integrated, the finish is structurally long and the aromas show a fine initial ripeness.
