Light greenish yellow, with silver reflections. Underpinned with fine herbal savouriness, kumquat notes, a hint of passion fruit, and some red apple. Juicy, elegant, a balanced acidity, with delicate sweet fruit of mango. It has a lovely finish, and is a good food wine.
