Tasting Notes
Grassy notes, lots of cassis, elderflower and gooseberry on the nose - clearly Sauvignon Blanc. The floral note remains dominant on the palate, joined by a fine acidity that slowly begins to cut through the slightly viscous matter, with a nice dry spiciness on the finish.
