Deep, dark ruby-garnet color with violet highlights and a delicate lightening at the rim. Hearty cherries underpinned by subtle herbal spice, with delicate leafy nuances and hints of blackberries. Complex, dark berries, pronounced, somewhat astringent tannins, a hint of dark chocolate on the finish; still needs time.
