The red wine Leithaberg DAC rot Ried Feurer, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Nehrer has been rated in 2020 by Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Blaufränkisch from the region Leithaberg in Austria.
Deep ruby with purple reflections and a subtly lighter rim. On the nose there is a mineral background to fine wild berry fruit, delicate red cherry, a hint of slate and floral aspects. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, with fine fruit, energetic structure and a salty finish. This still needs some time.
