Pleasantly herbal aromas of tea, sage and tarragon, as well as green apple and pears, lemon juice, orange zest and yellow gooseberries. On the palate it's compact, with a concentrated core of citrus - grapefruit and blood oranges in particular - and juicy, ripe yellow fruit. Medium-bodied with good extract and a lively acidity that's well integrated and makes for a straightforward but elegant drinking flow.
