Tasting from 04.09.2007

Light greenish yellow. Delicate fresh apple on the nose, fine hay flower aromas, rather restrained bouquet. Juicy tropical fruit notes on the palate, some wild strawberries, elegant texture, fresh acidity, harmonious, fine tobacco nuances in the finish, medium length, versatile food companion with some ageing potential.
