Intense bouquet with roasted aromas and ripe red fruit such as cherry and wild strawberry. Full-bodied on the palate with ripe acidity and good extract, dry and firm in structure, somewhat horizontal without being too broad. Citrus fruit and savouriness on the back palate. Culinary type.
