A filigree nose with aromas of peach, kumquat, and ripe apple with hints of blossom honey and ethereal spicy nuances. The palate is fresh with juicy acidity and austere yellow fruit and grapefruit notes on a long saline-mineral finish with a subtle phenolic grip and notes of hyssop.
