Tasting Notes
Deep garnet with purple reflections, subtly brighter at the edge. Fine fruits of the forest, orange zest, dark minerality, delicate hints of cassis and fine oak savouriness. Juicy, tightly meshed, light-footed, reminiscent of sweet cherry. Lingers very well, is multi-layered with an animating style. A multi-faceted food companion.
