The red wine »Carpe Diem« Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Paul Schumacher has been rated in 2018 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Ahr in Germany.
Spontaneous fermentation notes and a rather rich Burgundy fruit, milk chocolate. Silky to fine-grained tannins, mild acidity that then carries well, good content for a basic label, dense and full-bodied, even with medium potential.
