Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit nuances - a hint of mango, apricot and papaya in particular - are unlaid by tobacco and blossom honey. Juicy, with good complexity of white pomaceous fruit on the palate allied to a fresh structure and salty minerality on the finish which sticks well. This is already gluggable, but also has good ageing potential.
