Tasting Notes
Medium greenish-yellow. Notes of ripe stone fruit, a hint of baby banana and vanilla, underpinned by delicate meadow herbs, with subtle toasty spice. Powerful, with aromas distinctly shaped by new oak, including yellow tropical fruit, a hint of mocha on the finish, and pineapple in the aftertaste; will benefit from further bottle aging; reminiscent of white Bordeaux wines from the Graves region.
