Ripe apple, stone fruit, citrus fruit and orange peel, spices such as anise on the nose. Strikingly slender on the palate, not aiming for ripeness or concentration, but taut and with fine tartness, green apples and lemon juice. Clear signature with emphasis on slenderness.
