The red wine Cuvée Reserve, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Pleil has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Zweigelt from the region Lower Austria in Austria.
Deep ruby colour, ochre reflections, broad ochre rim. Delicate notes of figs, ripe cherries, some nougat, a little mint, some candied orange zest. Juicy, medium complexity, red berries, ripe tannins, delicate fruit expression on the finish, mineral aftertaste, lemony touch in the aftertaste.
