Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, faint brightening on the rim. Ripe black forest berry confit, fine herbal spice, slight hints of liquorice and cassis. Medium complexity, red berry touch, freshly structured, delicate aftertaste of cherry, versatile food wine.
