Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Fine meadow herbs, a delicate tobacco spice note, yellow bell pepper and some white stone fruit all mingle on the nose. The palate is juicy and pronounced in fruit, supported by an integrated acidity structure with mineral accents. Gooseberry notes to the fore on the finish, and already easy to drink.
