Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Ripe white apple fruit underlaid with fine meadow herbs, a hint of mango, nuances of lime, delicately scented with fresh orange zest. Complex, juicy, elegant texture, white tropical fruit notes, fine, fresh acidity, salty-mineral, very long, yellow apple on the finish, great food wine, enormous ageing potential.
