Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Yellow apple fruit underlaid with fine blossom honey, delicate meadow herbs, some pineapple. Juicy, elegant, finesse-rich acid structure, white stone fruit on the finish, mineral-salty aftertaste, lingers well, good food companion.
