The white wine »Classic« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Prinz von Hessen has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Darkly savoury and ethereal with a pine scent, some aniseed, followed shortly afterwards by tropical fruit with pineapple. The palate continues with orangey, sweetish flavours, juicy and dense, yet with a certain playfulness and an animating acidity.
