The white wine »Classic« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Prinz von Hessen has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
A brilliant clean impression when poured into the glass, a little "unperfumed" on the nose. Juicy and fresh on the palate, beautiful acidity with a plump finish, white berries and citrus notes round off the taste.
